What is the ruling of Islamic law on the work of an accountant who is asked to enter fictitious data into the company's system and conceal real data from state auditors, and what is his stance regarding assisting the company in deceiving the state?

The ruling on the act depends on what one is maneuvering around and evading: If the maneuver is to evade unjust taxes, then there is no blame in it, nor in assisting with it. But if it is to evade legitimate taxes, then such a maneuver is forbidden, and whoever assists in it is a partner in sin, for Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
