The company is practicing forbidden deception by misleading the state, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." Your work as an accountant is permissible, unless you are asked to deceive or assist in deception. In that case, it is not permissible for you, even if it leads to leaving the job.
