The answer

All the money left by the deceased in his accounts before his death belongs to his heirs, because he was not indebted to anyone for it, so nothing should be deducted from it. As for salaries disbursed after his death, if they are a gift from his employer and not designated for a specific beneficiary, they are divided among all heirs as inheritance. If this money is from retirement funds deducted from his salaries, then it is part of his money whose receipt was delayed, and it is divided among all heirs. If it was given based on his work and effort, then it is from his earnings, and the heirs share in it. If the employer or another party gives some of his heirs something as a grant, then the condition of the donor must be followed. If he designated a specific beneficiary, his condition is followed; otherwise, it is divided among the heirs according to their entitlement.
