Question: Is there expiation for incest, and if so, how?

Adultery is one of the major sins that Allah the Almighty has forbidden, and He has prohibited even approaching it. Its expiation, like all other sins, is sincere repentance, for Allah forgives all sins for those who repent and turn to Him.
