Is it permissible for a pharmacist to take samples of medications that are in excess of need or that will spoil, knowing that they are fit for use and that the company allows these samples to be given to those in need?

There is no objection to taking samples after their examination has been completed if they are to be destroyed or incinerated. There is also no objection to taking samples that are placed in ovens, provided they are usable and the company permits it.
