Is it permissible for the father of an illegitimate daughter to have a sexual relationship with her, based on the saying that Islam does not consider her his daughter, and does this apply to a case where a father rapes his daughter after the mother marries the biological father?

Adultery with a stepdaughter whose mother has been consummated is one of the greatest sins. Allah has forbidden marriage to her and has issued a severe warning against the adulterer, threatening him with intensified torment on the Day of Judgment and eternal humiliation therein. Just as adultery with a neighbor's wife is a greater sin, how much more so is it with one who is permanently forbidden? The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent for the killing of one who married his father's wife. If the girl was coerced into it, it is even more egregious. It is surprising that he is described as religious despite these blatant transgressions of Allah's boundaries, for adultery is a major sin, and its prohibition intensifies if the woman with whom adultery is committed is forbidden to the adulterer.
