Is it permissible to purchase a certificate to study its subjects at home without a teacher?

Purchasing certificates for the purpose of forgery and distortion of facts is forbidden, based on the Almighty’s saying: "So avoid the uncleanness of idols and avoid false speech," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents, killing a soul, and false witness." However, if the purchase is not for the purpose of forgery or deception, then it is permissible, provided that the conditions of the issuing authority are met.
