Is it better to give the call to prayer (adhan) in a small mosque, or is it sufficient to rely on the adhan from the large mosque that can be heard?

The Sunnah is for every mosque to have its own adhan and iqamah, even if the adhan of another mosque is heard. The distance is often far despite the loudspeakers, and it is recommended to respond to the adhan from any mosque.
