Is it disliked to call the Adhan from inside the mosque?

Ibn al-Hajj mentioned in his book "Al-Madkhal" that the adhan (definition) (call to prayer) inside the mosque is an innovation (bid'ah), and that the adhan by a group of muezzins is another innovation. He also stated that increasing the number of muezzins beyond three, and establishing a special platform (dakka) for the adhan, are all innovations that have no basis in Islamic law. He explained that the adhan is a call to prayer, and those who are already inside the mosque do not need a call, while those outside would not hear the call from within the mosque. He also pointed out that the adhan inside the mosque was not practiced by the early Muslims (Salaf), and that it disturbs those who are engaged in worship, citing the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There shall be no harm nor reciprocating harm." He further indicated that the introduction of this innovation led to other innovations, such as the adhan by common people and children, and the distortion of the adhan's words.
