What is the ruling on the Adhan inside the mosque without a loudspeaker in a foreign country that prohibits public recitation of the Adhan?

Muslims give the call to prayer (adhan (definition)) without a loudspeaker. Using it is good for the purpose of informing, but it is not a condition for the validity of the adhan. Raising the voice is recommendable due to the hadith (definition): "No jinn or human or anything hears the extent of the muezzin's voice except that it will bear witness for him on the Day of Resurrection."
