Is a person considered a hypocrite if they suffer from whispers of showing off (riya') in their prayer, knowing that they seek nothing but the countenance of Allah?

We advise you to turn away from whisperings (waswas) and not pay attention to them, for they are from Satan to divert you from worship. Continue your worship, sincere to your Lord, and do not respond to Satan's cunning by abandoning worship for fear of showing off (riya'). Strive to achieve sincerity, seeking Allah's help, for Allah assists those who turn to Him and are sincere to Him, and He does not let the reward of the doers of good go to waste.
