All people are descendants of Noah (peace be upon him), as Allah Almighty says: "And We made his descendants the survivors." So, Arabs and non-Arabs are the children of Shem; Turks, Slavs, and Khazars are the children of Japheth; and the Sudanese are the children of Ham.
