ما حكم الشاب الذي يزني كل جمعة ويخرج عارياً إلى الشارع بدلاً من الصلاة؟

The Friday prayer is obligatory upon every Muslim male, who is accountable and resident. Abandoning it, going out naked, and committing adultery are among the most heinous acts and forbidden by Islamic law. The perpetrator of these acts must repent and abstain from them immediately, and maintain prayer and cover their 'awrah. This person should be invited [to righteousness] with wisdom and good counsel. If he does not respond, then he should be avoided and his company shunned.
