What is the ruling on one who prays the five daily prayers at home and never attends the mosque, denies the obligation of Friday prayer, and has never performed it?

Jumu'ah prayer is an obligation according to the Quran, Sunnah, and the consensus of the Ummah. Therefore, whoever denies its obligation is a disbeliever if they are not ignorant of its ruling. A severe warning has been mentioned for those who abandon Jumu'ah prayer, such as the statement of Ibn Abbas regarding the one who abandons Jumu'ah and congregational prayers: "He is in the Fire," and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever abandons three Jumu'ahs out of negligence, Allah will seal his heart." It is obligatory for whoever denies its obligation to renew their faith and repent to Allah, and for those connected to him to advise him; otherwise, his matter should be referred to the Sharia court.
