What should one do if they miss the Friday prayer due to work that they cannot leave?

It has been authentically reported from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that whoever misses three Jumu'ahs out of negligence, Allah will seal his heart, or he will be recorded among the hypocrites. The scholars have unanimously agreed that whoever misses it three times without a valid excuse is a transgressor (fasiq), whose testimony is inadmissible. Therefore, it is not permissible for anyone for whom Jumu'ah is obligatory to absent himself from it except for an overwhelming excuse. Prayer is a means of fulfilling needs, and two rak'ahs are better than the world and all that it contains.
