Is it permissible to forgo Friday prayer due to working a shift system from 6 AM to 6 PM, and is refusing overtime pay to leave work on Friday considered a rejection of Allah's bounty?

It is not permissible to abandon the Jumu'ah prayer for the sake of work if it is possible to leave work without harm, because failing to attend Jumu'ah without a legitimate Shar'i excuse is a grave sin. The Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, warned those who stay away from it that Allah would seal their hearts, and whoever misses three Jumu'ah prayers out of negligence will have their heart sealed. Allah Almighty has commanded believers to abandon buying and selling when the call for Jumu'ah prayer is made.
