What should I do concerning the Friday prayer if I am an employee at a sewage treatment plant and am absolutely forbidden from leaving work, given that I arrive in the middle of the sermon?

It is not permissible to miss the Friday prayer for the sake of work, due to the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew."

However, if the workplace prevents the employee from attending Friday prayer, or if leaving work at the time of Friday prayer would result in financial loss, then there is no harm in missing Friday prayer and praying Dhuhr instead.
