The answer

If you are outside the city and do not hear the Friday adhan (call to prayer) without a loudspeaker, then Friday prayer is not obligatory upon you, and you should pray Dhuhr (noon prayer). However, if you are inside the city or hear the adhan, then you must attend Friday prayer. Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen stated that workers who are far from the mosque and outside the town, and who do not hear the call except through a loudspeaker, are not obligated to attend Friday prayer and should pray Dhuhr.

As for the five daily prayers, they must be performed in congregation at the mosque. There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. The questioner is advised to discuss with their manager a way to compensate for the time of Friday prayer. If the manager does not respond, then know that there is no good in work that prevents one from prayer, and whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
