Is it permissible for employees in a private company – numbering over thirty – to perform Friday prayer in congregation, with the adhan, sermon, and imamate by one of them, if they are unable to leave for the prayer?

If the workplace prevents one from leaving, and the workplace is in a village or a city, it is permissible to perform the Friday prayer at the workplace. The Friday prayer is valid in any place within villages and cities, and wherever a congregation can be formed. However, if the workplace is in the desert, the Friday prayer is not prescribed, and one must pray Dhuhr (the noontime prayer).
