Is it permissible to hold Friday prayers at a workplace devoid of residents and facilities, given that the work period equals the vacation period (28 working days مقابل 28 days off)? And if it is not valid, must past Dhuhr prayers be repeated?

The majority of scholars stipulate for the validity of the Friday prayer the existence of a built village where people reside for most of the year. If the place is not an established village, nor close to a place where the Friday prayer is held, then the obligatory prayer is Dhuhr, and the missed Friday prayer must be redone as Dhuhr. Some scholars, however, do not stipulate the existence of a village, and according to this opinion, there is no need to redo the prayer.
