What is the ruling on a Muslim who intentionally misses Friday prayer for more than three weeks?

A Muslim who misses the Friday prayer without a valid Shariah-compliant excuse is considered disobedient to Allah Almighty and has exposed himself to the warning mentioned in the noble Hadith: "Let people cease neglecting the Friday prayers, or Allah will seal their hearts, and they will then be among the heedless." The warning intensifies if one misses three or more Friday prayers, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever misses three Friday prayers out of negligence, Allah will seal his heart."
