Is a person with Klinefelter syndrome considered male or female from the perspective of Islam, and is he required to wear the hijab?

"Klinefelter syndrome" affects males due to chromosomal disorders, and its symptoms include infertility, muscle weakness, enlarged breasts, small testicles, and others. Those afflicted with it are treated as males, according to Islamic law, regarding rulings on mixing, looking, and imitation. There is no sin upon them for their physical characteristics, but they must avoid imitating women in speech, actions, and dress. They are not required to wear the hijab (definition), as it is specific to women, but they must avoid situations where there is a fear of fitna (temptation/strife).
