What is the ruling regarding a wife who swore to her husband, saying: "By Allah, you will not touch me until you find a solution to your oath"?

It is not permissible for a wife to prevent her husband from lawful enjoyment unless the husband’s oath results in an irrevocable divorce (such as a triple divorce, or a divorce by Khul‘, or a divorce before consummation, or a revocable divorce whose waiting period has expired). In such a case, she must abstain. However, if the oath was a contingent divorce and he has not broken it, or he broke it and the divorce was revocable and her waiting period has not expired, then it is not permissible for her to swear to abstain; rather, she must allow herself to break the oath. There is no expiation upon the wife if her husband touches her after a solution has been found for the oath of divorce he pronounced.
