What does the Sheikh advise me to do regarding my wife who disrespects me, mistreats me and my family, and refused to open the door for me, especially since we live in a European country and have two children (one of whom is in her womb)? Should I divorce her while she is pregnant, or should I leave her the children and the house, or should I resort to the courts?

Divorce is the last resort; therefore, the wife should first be advised and guided. If her situation does not change, then divorce is the final solution. The divorce of a pregnant woman is valid, and leaving the house for her and her children is a personal matter. Do not resort to the judiciary unless absolutely necessary, because their laws are man-made. If you both wish to end the marriage, let it be by mutual consent and agreement.
