Is one sinful for intentionally pausing at His, the Almighty's, saying: "Indeed, Allah is not ashamed," and then returning to the beginning of the verse to complete its meaning?

Stopping at the word "Ar-Rafi'" (The Exalter) in the verse without completing it is reprehensible because it severs the meaning and separates the linguistic and conceptual connections. However, it is permissible to stop there out of necessity, such as a shortness of breath, with the obligation to resume from the word where one stopped if beginning with it is appropriate. But if the reciter is not compelled, it is not permissible for him to stop there due to the ugliness of its meaning, especially if it implies affirming a meaning that is not befitting of Allah the Almighty. This could even lead to disbelief if the evil meaning is intended. Therefore, whoever does this must repent and seek forgiveness from Allah the Almighty.
