Is it permissible for a sick person, who is unable to change his clothes soiled with urine, to perform tayammum and pray?

If a person has impurity on their clothes and is unable to remove it, they pray in that state, and there is no need for them to repeat the prayer. They are also not required to perform tayammum for this impurity. However, if the impurity is on their body and they are unable to remove it, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding performing tayammum for it. The majority of scholars hold that tayammum is not required for it.
