Is one considered sinful if he chooses a job far from family and relatives, which involves hardship and toil, when there is another alternative with less income and fewer benefits?

"Travel and expatriation for the purpose of seeking sustenance or knowledge are permissible in Islamic law, as long as they do not result in harm or prohibition. Allah has guided humanity to travel the earth in search of sustenance, as evidenced by the verse: {It is He who made the earth subservient to you, so walk among its regions and eat from His provision. And to Him is the resurrection.} Therefore, there is no sin upon one who travels abroad for permissible work, even if other work is available; the matter is broad. It is advised to fear Allah and marry a woman of faith, for marriage is a dwelling of tranquility and reassurance, through which a Muslim completes half of his religion and protects his limbs. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, particularly encouraged young people to marry."
