What should I do as a teacher with students who complain about frequent menstruation, which prevents them from memorizing the Qur’an?

The majority of scholars hold the view that a menstruating woman is not permitted to recite or touch the Qur'an. However, Malik, and this is also a view of Al-Shafi'i and a narration from Ahmad, permitted her to recite the Qur'an without touching it.

Accordingly, female students may recite and review the Qur'an without touching the mus'haf during menstruation. They are permitted to touch it if there is a need, such as for a teacher or a student.
