Does the presence of ritual impurity (najāsa) on the body or the state of ritual impurity (janāba) prevent Allah's divine enablement (tawfīq) for His servant or the answering of his supplication (duʿāʾ) until he removes it and purifies himself?

If a person's work necessitates being soiled with impurities, such as a butcher or a sewage worker, there is no sin upon him for this work due to his need for it. However, he must remove the impurity for prayer if it affects the body or clothing. Success from Allah Almighty has no relation to this. Whoever obeys Allah and fears Him will not be deprived of success, even if he is soiled with impurity or is in a state of janaba at times, as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him ease in his affair."
