Is it permissible to marry a reputable and well-mannered girl, and would that be considered a marriage of interest or lineage?

A woman of religious commitment, good character, high standing (hasab), and noble lineage (nasab) is preferred for marriage, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her family status (hasab), for her beauty, and for her religion. So, succeed with the one who is religious, and you will be blessed." 'Hasab' includes good deeds, and the mention of 'nasab' confirms this. It is also recommended for a noble man to marry a noble woman so that their child may be distinguished.
