What is your advice to someone who has overwhelming sexual desires that cause him constant distraction and thoughts, and he wishes to marry, but his parents prefer that he fulfill their ambitions first?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, urged young people to marry if they were able, for it protects one from immorality and safeguards chastity. And whoever is unable, then he should fast, for it curbs desire. Marriage has many benefits, including lowering the gaze, guarding one's private parts, and staying safe from trials. If a person fears falling into the unlawful, marriage becomes obligatory upon him, and in this case, the father is advised to marry off his son. The son must be gentle with his parents and try to convince them of his need for marriage, and seek help from wise relatives.
