What is the ruling on reading Hadith from the book Riyadh as-Salihin after Dhuhr prayer at the workplace by those who are not scholars or students of knowledge, and what advice can be offered to them?

One who undertakes to call people to Islam must be knowledgeable about what they are calling to. Reading a beneficial book like "Riyadh al-Salihin" (Gardens of the righteous) does not require one to be a scholar or a student of knowledge, and these brothers are thanked for that. However, we advise them not to delve into matters of Islamic law about which they have no knowledge, because that leads to speaking about Allah without knowledge, which is a serious matter as stated in His Almighty saying: "He only orders you to evil and immorality and to say about Allah what you do not know."
