Does a divorced wife have the right to claim half of the farm registered in the names of both spouses, in addition to recovering the price of two houses and gold that she contributed to the purchase, and her Mahr, or does her share of the farm (which is half) include these contributions?

If the wife contributed to purchasing the land and the husband built a house on it with her permission, then the house should be appraised as it stands, and the husband takes exclusive ownership of it. Afterwards, the remaining price of the land is divided between the spouses according to their respective shares. The wife has no right to demand from the husband the price of the two houses or the gold she contributed, but she does have the right to her deferred Mahr. It is preferable to resolve such disputes through reconciliation or by referring them to the judiciary.
