Who is Abbad ibn Abdullah in the first chain of transmission, and who is Sa'd in the phrase "Sa'd entered upon him" in the second chain of transmission?

Ibad bin Abdullah is Al-Asadi Al-Kufi, a weak narrator of hadith. Ali bin Al-Madini declared him weak, and Al-Bukhari said, "There is a matter to be considered in him" (fihi nazar). Ibn Kathir mentioned a hadith narrated by Ibad bin Abdullah in Al-Bidayah wan-Nihayah and said, "This hadith is absolutely reprehensible (munkar bi kulli hal), and Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) would not say such a thing. How can he pray before people by seven years? This is entirely inconceivable." In another place, he said, "This is not authentic," as stated by Al-Bukhari. Al-Dhahabi countered this by stating that Ibad is weak. Al-Albani said, "It is a false hadith, so ponder over it." As for Sa'd mentioned in this hadith, he is Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him).
