Am I sinful for delivering monthly financial amounts to employees who deal with me, even though they are termed "living allowances" in the contracts, but I consider them closer to bribes?

Bribery is that which is paid to nullify a right or to establish falsehood. So, if the sums paid to employees are to access what the company is not entitled to, or in exchange for actions obligatory upon them, or to favor your company at the expense of others, then it is forbidden bribery, due to its being assistance in sin.
