Is the marriage considered invalid if it was conducted by swearing an oath on the Qur'an in the presence of two witnesses, with the recitation of supplications and Al-Fatiha, but without a legal contract?

If the oath taken on the Qur’an includes a formula indicative of the marriage contract from the woman's guardian or his representative, then it is a valid marriage. The testimony of the two brothers is acceptable if they meet the required conditions. However, if no formula indicative of the contract was uttered, then it is invalid according to the preponderant opinion, and it must be renewed with all its pillars present. Reciting Al-Fatiha and swearing on the Qur’an are not legislated for this matter.
