Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) during prayer is not a defect that gives the husband the option to annul the marriage, nor is it obligatory to inform the suitor about it. Concealing it is not considered deception. Rather, the guardian may conceal it, unless the husband stipulates soundness from such conditions, because marriage is built upon mutual honor. Therefore, if the suitor is suitable, it is not permissible to prevent her from marrying him.
