The method of inheritance division cannot be determined until the heirs are precisely identified. However, if the deceased left only a husband, two daughters, and four sisters, and her parents died before her, then the husband receives one-fourth (12 shares out of 48), the two daughters receive two-thirds (32 shares out of 48), and the remaining portion (4 shares out of 48) goes to the four sisters by way of ta’sib (residuary heirship), with each sister receiving one share.
