What is the recompense for the wife and her father in this world and the Hereafter after they swore falsely before the judge, and what should the husband do?

If the wife and her father swear falsely to take the husband's money, they deserve the punishment and wrath of Allah, as stated in the Hadith: "Whoever swears an oath by which he wrongfully appropriates the property of a Muslim person, and he is a liar concerning it, will meet Allah while He is angry with him." It is incumbent upon the husband to submit to the judge's ruling, and he must remind his wife and her father of Allah's punishment and warn them of His wrath. If they respond positively, then praise be to Allah. If they do not respond, then he must be patient.
