Is charity accepted from one who is an innovator and polytheist and deals with usurious banks, and is it permissible for the one who receives charity to give some of it in charity if he has excess money?

The polytheist's actions are not accepted by Allah, neither his obligatory nor his voluntary acts. His charity is not accepted, and he will not be rewarded for it in the Hereafter, as Allah the Almighty says: "And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did, and We shall make them as scattered dust." As for a Muslim who commits innovations or unknowingly engages in polytheistic acts, or commits sins such as usury, the essence of his charity is accepted. However, his disobedience might nullify his good deeds and charities. Therefore, such a person must repent to Allah for his charity to be accepted. It is permissible for the recipient of charity to give it away, in whole or in part, because it has become his property.
