It is obligatory to obey the father in not marrying a girl who does not wear , unless there is a fear of falling into sin. This is because the father forbids marriage to her for a valid Shariah reason, which is that abandoning the hijab is a deficiency in religious observance. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided us to choose a religious woman, saying: "A woman is married for four things: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So, choose the one who is religious, and may your hands be soiled with dust [i.e., may you prosper]."
