Is it permissible to approve the marriage of a son to a non-hijabi girl despite the family's religious commitment?

The Sharia has urged choosing a wife for her religiosity and righteousness due to the positive impact this has on the well-being of the household and children. A righteous woman is considered the best provision in this world. If a son marries an unveiled woman and she persists in this state, he will either condone the evil, thus becoming a dayyuth (one who condones immorality in his household), or he will admonish her, leading their lives into conflict and discord which may end in divorce. It is recommended not to approve of his decision in this matter, and to advise him gently to persuade him, seeking help from those whose words he respects. If he is not convinced, he should be left to his own devices.
