Has the triple divorce occurred in the aforementioned cases? Is one of them considered khulʿ? What is the ruling on reconciliation after the issuance of the divorce certificate?

A husband's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," is an explicit pronouncement by which divorce takes place, regardless of his intention. A divorce that occurs in exchange for money is considered a divorce by most scholars. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, however, views khul' (divorce at the wife's instance, usually with compensation) as an annulment that does not reduce the number of divorces. As for divorce under duress, it does not occur if its conditions are met: that the coercer is capable, that the coerced person strongly believes the threat will be carried out, and that the harm is significant. If a husband divorces to escape his wife's screaming, his divorce is effective. However, if he divorces because he believes she will commit a grave wrongdoing, such as murder or causing loss of a limb, his divorce is not effective. We advise presenting the matter to a Sharia court or to trustworthy scholars.
