Will God forgive someone who unintentionally harmed a relative after giving them a harmful medicine that led to a ruptured eardrum?

It is impermissible for a Muslim to harm or injure their Muslim brother without a valid Shar'i right. Harassment does not justify aggression; rather, it should be repelled in kind or forgiven. If you have caused harm to your brother, you must repent and seek his forgiveness. If he does not forgive, you must pay compensation for the injury, either by agreement or by a Shar'i ruling. If this leads to the complete destruction of the ear, then half the blood money is due.
