Does the presence of lice in the Prophet's hair, as narrated by Umm Haram, contradict his being the best of Allah's creation?

The hadith of Umm Haram does not contain anything explicitly stating an issue with lice, and there is a difference of opinion regarding the presence of lice in the hair of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It is mentioned in a weak hadith that prophets may be afflicted with lice. If lice were indeed found in him, peace and blessings be upon him, this would not be considered a defect, because he was a human being subject to what afflicts humans, and it would not detract from his prophethood.
