Is a girl who refuses to marry a committed, muezzin young man sinful for not having feelings of love towards him, and is her refusal considered a violation of the saying, "If there comes to you one whose religiosity and character you approve, then marry him"?

You bear no sin if you refuse to marry a righteous person, for marriage is based on choosing a righteous spouse and feeling psychological comfort with him. However, you would be sinful if you disliked him because of his religiosity, for a believer must be loved. Yet, you are not obligated to marry him, even if you love him for his religiosity, if you do not feel psychologically inclined towards him.
