What is the ruling on using wireless headphones found in the lost and found box for four months, which have been in my possession for three months, given the impossibility of finding their owner?

The lost item (Luqatah) must be fully publicized for a complete year before it can be owned and used, if it is something that its owner usually values. Whoever disposes of it before that has transgressed and must guarantee it to its owner if found, or give it in charity on their behalf while guaranteeing its value to them if they are known in the future, along with repenting from the shortcoming. This obligation includes the finder and anyone to whom the lost item was given, knowing its origin. If the finder gives the lost item to another person who knows about it, and it is lost, there is nothing upon the finder. The second person is not allowed to use it except as the first person would.
