Does using Quranic chapters from a website that states that copyright and distribution rights are reserved conflict with publishing them on YouTube?

Downloading some surahs from an audio website to integrate them with videos and publish them on YouTube does not conflict with copyright and distribution rights, as long as the intention is to benefit people and not for commercial purposes. This is because the entire program was not used; rather, only some surahs were quoted from it.
