Is there a specific sitting posture for the Prophet while reciting the Qur’an?

There is no authentic hadith that specifies a particular posture for reciting the Qur’an; rather, the matter is broad. It has been authentically reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to recite the Qur’an while reclining with his head in Aishah's lap, even though she was menstruating. This indicates the permissibility of lying down and resting one's head while reciting.
