Is providing free food to hospital staff responsible for transferring calls to the restaurant considered a bribe, and is the questioner sinful if he is the one who reports this food, and what is the ruling on the salary he receives from this work?

Restaurant gifts to hospital transfer staff in exchange for their work are forbidden because they are among the gifts to workers that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against. And your coordination of free food for these employees is forbidden because it is assisting in sin. What is obligatory upon you is to refrain from coordinating those calls related to free food, and to advise the restaurant owners. If you cannot, then it is better for you to leave the job. As for your salary, it is not forbidden to you as long as the basis and majority of your work is permissible. And whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
